Finding Hidden Messages in DNA (Bioinformatics I)

This course content included the use of algorithms to located sections of interest in the DNA such as molecular clocks or Motifs. This was put into practice using the bioinformatic software MEME (https://meme-suite.org/meme/tools/meme) to located Motifs associated with tuberculosis. Course was finished with honors.
